“雁塔学者”论坛是西安建筑科技大学主办的面向全球优秀青年学者的人才引进论坛，目前已成功举办三届，共邀请来自20多个国家和地区近200名海内外优秀青年学者参会。论坛就相关学科领域的前沿科技热点问题进行学术讨论和交流，促进与会学者与我校相关学科教师建立实质联系与合作，增进与会学者对西安建筑科技大学的全面了解，促成海内外优秀人才来校建功立业。
The “Yanta Scholar” Forum is a brain gain forum for outstanding young scholars from all over the world, sponsored by Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology(XAUAT). At present, the forum has successfully held three sessions, inviting nearly 200 outstanding young scholars from more than 20 countries and regions. This forum is held for academic discussions and exchanges on hot issues of science and technology in related disciplines. Its aim is to advance contact and cooperation between the scholars and the teachers in the university, to enhance scholars’ comprehensive understanding of the university and to attract outstanding talents at home and abroad to work in the university.
一、举办时间Date：
2019年5月13日-16日
From May 13, 2019 to May 16, 2019
二、申请条件Requirements：
1.具有博士学位；
A doctorate;
2.在所从事领域已取得突出的学术业绩，是同龄人中的拔尖人才；具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维，具备成为所从事领域领军人才的潜质；
Outstanding academic achievements in the field and a top talent among peers; broad academic vision, innovative thinking and the potential to become a leading talent in the field;
3.年龄原则上不超过32周岁；具有副高级专业技术职务或相当水平的博士，理工科类不超过35周岁，人文社科类不超过40周岁。特别优秀者可不受年龄限制。
32 years old or younger in general; 35 years old or younger for associate senior professional and technical posts; 40 years old or younger for the posts of humanities and social sciences. But, excellent talents are not subject to age.
三、申请方式Application：
发送个人简历至西安建筑科技大学力学技术研究院邮箱imt@xauat.edu.cn。简历内容应包含个人基本信息，学习和工作经历，发表论文及收录情况，承担科研项目情况，专利及获奖情况等。
Please send your resume to mailbox of Human Resources Department, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology imt@xauat.edu.cn). The resume should include personal information, study and work experience, publication and collection of theses, research projects, patents and awards.

四、日程安排Schedule：
5月13日：论坛报到，参会学者自行乘车前往指定酒店报到，办理相关报销手续。
May 13: Forum check-in. Please arrive at the designated hotel for check-in and reimbursement.
5月14日-15日：赴各学院参加分领域学术活动、实验室参观、人才引进洽谈等活动；
May 14-15: Please attend academic activities, laboratory visits, brain gain negotiations and other activities in schools;
5月16日：离会。
May 16: Leave
五、交通住宿Transportation and Accommodation：
本次“雁塔学者”论坛不收取注册费用，学校为参会学者报销往返国际和国内旅费（以人民币购买）、市内交通费用，并安排会议期间的免费住宿。
It is free for registration in “Yanta Scholar” Forum. And XAUAT will reimburse scholars for international and domestic travel expenses in round trip (RMB) and city transportation expenses. And free for arranging accommodation during forum conferences.
